Who we are

Pramanak is a professional platform built for organizations that need to issue and manage credentials at scale — schools issuing student ID cards, tournaments handing out certificates, corporates producing employee badges, and government bodies generating verifiable documents. We combine template design, bulk data import, photo management, PDF generation, and messaging into a single, organization-scoped workspace.

What we do

WhatsApp Business integration

We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) to send transactional messages — for example, registration confirmations, photo upload links, and "your ID card is ready" alerts. Messages are sent only to recipients who have been opted in by the organization, using Meta-approved templates. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. How we protect your data

• TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit.
• AES-GCM encryption for sensitive tokens and webhook secrets at rest.
• Organization-level isolation enforced by backend interceptors on every request.
• Role-based access control (OWNER, ADMIN, TEACHER, MEMBER).
• Audit logging for sensitive operations.
• A phone-number safety registry to prevent accidental messaging to invalid or test numbers.
